The first four offerings from Luminessence, ECM’s new audiophile vinyl-reissue series, are being met with unanimous exuberant praise by the international media. It’s always a good time to (re)discover this wonderful album, and this ECM reissue, as part of its ongoing Luminessence series, is beautifully presented. Heavyweight gatefold sleeve with informative liner notes from Steve Lake add to the overall warmth and feel of the package. Such are the wonders of the ECM vaults, and the company is setting the bar high with this reissue series.
