We’re Hiring: Content Creator / Social media Manager

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join us at the earliest possible date in Munich, Germany.

Your Responsibilities

-Plan, create, and publish social media content across our channels.

-Develop creative content ideas in close collaboration with the marketing and production teams.

-Compose social media posts, captions, and short editorial texts.-

-Design graphics for digital communication campaigns.

-Produce and edit short videos, Reels, and other video content.

-Image and Video editing and post-production.

-Maintain and develop our visual identity across digital platforms.

-Support album releases, artist campaigns, and event communications.

-Monitor current social media trends and analyse the performance of our content.

Your Profile

-A completed degree or comparable qualification in communication, media, design, marketing, or a related field.

-Experience in social media management and content production.

-Proficiency with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs).

-Creativity and a strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and the label’s visual identity.

-Excellent written and spoken English.

-An independent, structured, and reliable working style.

-A genuine interest in music, particularly jazz, contemporary music, and ECM Records’ artistic vision.
